MBTI Assessment + Analysis
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a widely used personality assessment. As a certified practitioner, Casey Barneson will analyze and discuss results. The MBTI is an incredible tool to help students and individuals better understand their preferences and how it pertains to life, college, and career goals and decision making. By taking the assessment and unpacking the results, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of how you interact/engage with the world, your behavior, decision-making, and how to position yourself to thrive best in life.
The online assessment is 93 questions and takes about 30 - 40 minutes. After you complete the assessment, you’ll schedule a session with Casey to unpack your personality type.
Career Coaching
If you are looking to jumpstart your career, or expand in your current role, you’re in the right place. Career coaching is a comprehensive coach which will include understanding your career motivators, reviewing and revising your current resume to fit your future goals, and tools like MBTI to help you better understand your preferences as it pertains to your dream role. Services include mock interviews, resume review, personality assessments, and individual guidance.
